We draw on years of
experience in both surveying and design. Members of our
team are chosen for their individual talents, resources
and training and belong to numerous professional bodies
including the Society of Naval Architects and Marine Engineers,
Royal Institute of Naval Architects, International Institute
of Marine Surveying and the Marine Surveyors Association.
KPS Maritime is a member of the American Boat & Yacht
Council and the Marine Queensland and holds government accreditation for work on
commercial vessel up to 50 metres. We ensure an ongoing
training program to keep all our team at the forefront
of the latest technical advancements and system procedures.
Our head office is based on the Gold Coast and we have
a team of marine surveyors and support staff operating
throughout Australia and internationally. As surveyors
and design auditors we are responsible for ensuring vessels
are built both safe and in compliance with regulations
whether they are intended for recreational or commercial
use. We inspect and report on the suitability of a vessel
to operate safely in any given area or undertaking.
Our inspection work is done to exacting standards and
internally audited to ensure the right advice is always
